As usual, Chase was excited to go to school on Wednesday. It's so cute to see him like school so much -- he'd like to go every day, all day, but that would make Nanaw very sad and lonely. When he came out of school, he came up to Nanaw and asked, "We go on adventure now?" And Nanaw said yes, they were going on his favorite adventure -- a visit to the Train House. Miss Linda was happy to see Chase and Nanaw. Chase worked on a craft for awhile, then went to play in the kitchen. For a long while, Chase and Miss Linda played the instruments and sang with another boy and two little "grils" as Chase calls girls. Chase and Nanaw then spent time sitting in the book area, looking through the books. Chase also played mailman and delivered lots of "mail" to Nanaw. After the Thomas Table room, Nanaw bought popcorn for Chase and then they went to ride on the train. A little girl named Emerson was sitting in front of Chase and Nanaw, and she said she was hungry. So Nanaw had Chase share his popcorn with her. At first he was hesitant to share, then he gave her lots of popcorn. It was very sweet and cute. Emerson and her mama were from Washington, Missouri so Nanaw and the mama talked a lot about Washington.
