Chase, Mama and Nanaw had a shopping adventure at Walmart Saturday morning while Daddy was over at Uncle George's house to help move a desk. At first, Mama had planned to go to Schnucks but changed her mind and decided it would be more practical to go to Walmart because she needed things from there also. Chase was very well-behaved and had, until Mama was checking out, and he demanded something he couldn't have. Mama said no, and Chase pushed her, an absolute no-no. Mama bought lots of things for Chase: a large plastic bin to hold all of his Play dough paraphernalia; Easter egg due; Easter candy; miniature Thomas trains; a pack of bubble wands; and an R2D2 bubble blaster. He made out quite well. Nanaw still has to buy the Mac color changing truck for him for Easter. After Nanaw left, Mama sent her a very cute picture of Chase out in the back yard playing with his R2D2 bubble blaster. In the afternoon, Mama, Daddy and Chase went out to Grandma Pat's house in Wentzville for a going away party for cousins Bo and Megan.
