Nanaw went to visit Chase on Saturday morning and watched him gobble down waffles that Daddy made. Chase and Nanaw played with his cars for a long time at the kitchen table while Mama put together her grocery list and her dinner menus for the upcoming week. In the afternoon, they were going to Aunt Becca's house for Easter dinner. Grandma Pat and cousin Xander were going to spend the night at Chase's house so Daddy and Mama were doing some cleaning and laundry. Nanaw got Chase dressed, and then they played in Chase's room for awhile. Mama told Chase he got to have an Easter egg hunt at Aunt Becca's that afternoon. She also said the Easter Bunny was coming to Chase's house on Easter, and he would get to hunt more Easter eggs and get presents. Then she told him that when he went to Nanaw's house on Easter for dinner, there would be another Easter egg hunt and more presents -- all of this made Chase very happy.
