Chase and Nanaw had a busy day full of adventures. First thing, they did the grocery shopping at Walmart. Chase picked out two mystery Hot Wheels cars. Nanaw was also going to buy new Play Dough for him, but Walmart didn't have any. After taking the groceries home, Chase and Nanaw went to Story Time with Miss Candy at the Columbia Library. Miss Candy read two books about the moon, and the craft was to make a smiling moon with a star hanging from it. Chase was excited to take it home to Mama. After Story Time, Chase and Nanaw went to Big Lots to buy Play Dough because Mama bought some there last week. But they didn't have any. They did have a Play Dough baking set that Chase liked so Nanaw bought that for him. Next, they went to the Train House. Nanaw decided they would try going on Thursday instead of Friday because Friday is so busy and the Creation Station is sold out. They got tickets just fine; Nanaw also got tickets for the train later on although Chase decided he didn't want to go on the train. Chase was happy to see Miss Linda, and she was excited to see Chase and Nanaw. Chase had lots of fun playing with everything -- the train tables, the kitchen, the magnetic trucks, the artist area. On his own he put on the pilot uniform and wore it for most of his visit. It was very cute. When Chase and Nanaw got home, Chase had a wonderful time playing with his new Play Dough set. He wanted to take it home with him so Nanaw said yes. When Nanaw took Chase home, he and Mama played with the Play Dough set, and Mama and Nanaw both liked watching Chase use the rolling pin.
