Chase was happy to go back to school. He walked in with Brady, holding hands. When he came out of school, he told Nanaw about something he made in school but she couldn't understand what he was saying. Later, she figured out he was saying cowboy hat so she's hoping he'll bring it home from school. On the way home from school, Chase and Nanaw went to Dollar Tree so he could get the snowman Chilly -- he also got a green egg with green mints -- very unusual. After lunch, Chase played on abcmouse, mostly with the hamsters and their mazes. When it was time for his nap, he went to bed willingly with no fussing, which means he's still not feeling well. Mama and Daddy had their first parent-teacher conference in the afternoon, and when they came to pick Chase up, Chase and Nanaw were still napping -- very funny. They said Chase got a good report from Ms. Merz and things are going well with Chase. He still needs to work on holding a pencil correctly and "redirecting." That must mean getting Chase to stop doing one thing and start doing a different thing willingly without protest and fussing. Everybody was happy about Chase's good report-- they'd been worried.
