In the morning before Nanaw took Chase on his Tuesday adventure, he played with Play Dough on the kitchen counter. Unfortunately, his Play Dough is all dried up but he didn't seem to mind. He had fun cutting it into little pieces using a spoon. Nanaw promised him she would buy him new Play Dough. Next, Chase played abcmouse, and he bought the weirdest thing -- it looked like a little boy -- maybe it was a doll. Nanaw will have to investigate. Tuesday's adventure was a trip to the Science Center, one of Chase's favorite places. He did all of his usual favorite things: he looked at the cars on the highway under the overpass; he played with the little cars and bridges and boats; he played in the dinosaur dig twice; he spent the longest time in the sand that changes colors when you move it around; he went into the smoke cylinder; he played with the Styrofoam coal. And of course, when it was time to leave, he didn't want to go. Nanaw gave him the five-minute warning but that didn't help. (This is the redirection his teacher was talking about.) He finally quieted down and left in a reasonable mood. Nanaw promised him they would return to the Science Center soon. Surprisingly, Forest Park and the Zoo were jam-packed. Traffic was slow and crowds were everywhere.
