On Monday morning, Chase and Nanaw had fun playing with his mega blocks, spread all over the living room. He decided that the chicken mega block was going to lay eggs -- the little white blocks -- very funny kid. The adventure of the day was Chase's choice: a trip to the Magic House, of course. Nanaw thinks Chase would live there if he could. Chase and Nanaw took turns selecting which display they would go to -- Chase called them mystery secrets. Unfortunately, Chase got more turns to choose than Nana did. Their first stop was the musical balls room. Then next they went to the Clifford room where Nanaw ran into a friend from church who's also named Carol who was there with her two grandsons. Next, Chase played in the waterworks area, then he played with the balls and pulley and chains. On the way home, Nanaw turned to look at Chase in the back seat and saw that he'd fallen asleep, after putting the Magic House tag over his left eye -- very funny. When Chase went home, he took along a little black plastic bag that he pretends is a batting glove -- it was going to have a sleepover with Chase. Mama and Daddy think it's really funny that he pretends a plastic bag is a batting glove.
