On Sunday afternoon, Nanaw came to visit Chase when she was done with her church workshop. Mama was back from her weekend adventure to Hannibal. When Nanaw got to Chase's house, Mama, Daddy and Chase were outside playing baseball so Nanaw played with them for a few minutes. But Mama wanted to come in because it was so hot outside. Daddy had Chase's new Hot Wheels remote control car racetrack set up downstairs so Nanaw got to see it and got to watch Chase and Daddy racing the cars. Mama made ham and cheese sliders for dinner but Nanaw didn't want anything to eat. She told Mama that she ate so much over the weekend that she didn't think she could eat anything for a long time.
