In the morning, Chase and Nanaw went to the library to get books for Mama and Nanaw. Once again, they played in the children's room with the magnetic building blocks. On the way out, Chase wanted candy from the vending machine so Nanaw bought him some Sweet Tarts. First day of Magic House Camp. Nanaw was worried that Chase would refuse to go but he was fine with it. He's been saying for days that he didn't want to go. Nanaw took him into the classroom and helped him find a white baseball cap with his name on it. He started playing with a rubber band game, and then talked to a little boy named Luca. When Nanaw picked Chase up from Magic House Camp, he had a tape measure and a note that had things on it for Mama and Daddy to measure on Chase. Chase said they played in the construction area; he also said they pretended the elevators were rocket ships going to the moon. He had lemonade to drink, and he said if you wanted lemonade, you left your cup upright. If you wanted water, you turned your cup upside down. Chase said he had a really good time so Nanaw guesses it was a success.
