Nanaw had planned for Chase to have a trip to the Train House as Tuesday's adventure. But unfortunately Nanaw's home air conditioning had a problem so Chase and Nanaw had to stay home to wait for the air conditioning man. Fortunately, they came mid morning so that helped get the house cooled off. Chase and Nanaw played baseball outside while the men worked on the air conditioning. Chase and Nanaw played all kinds of things today, including Play Dough, Slime and Cars cars. Chase invented a new use for the kitty circular toy -- putting the Cars cars on the rim and making a race track out of it. For some reason, Chase seemed unusually hungry today, and Nanaw kept feeding him all day. Late in the afternoon, Chase and Nanaw went outside for him to play in the water. They put water in his pool and then put the Elmo sprinkler out in the yard. Chase played a little water baseball before it was time to go home. He had to go home a little early because Mama, Daddy and Chase were going to church to get their family photos taken. Chase wore one of his new uniform shirts and looked very sharp. Mama called Nanaw after the photo session and told her that Chase behaved perfectly and took a really good picture. Chase told Mama his picture was the best all -- what a funny little fellow he is.
