Chase was so good on Thursday, doing things that Nanaw asked him to do, that Nanaw asked Mama to give him three points toward a toy. First, he picked up toys in his room in preparation for the cleaning lady. Then, he dressed himself completely, including socks. Chase and Nanaw spent the day at the little house. Chase took along all the people that he had brought from home -- so cute. Nanaw brought Chase's Cars cars and his Hot Wheels. He spread the cars all over the floor, and then when it was time to leave, helped Nanaw pick them up. Chase and Nanaw went for a walk up the road, using their walking sticks. Chase fell asleep on the drive out to the little house and on the ride home. It was fun day. Mama wasn't at home when Nanaw took Chase home; she was at a recruiting event downtown at the convention center. Mama called Nanaw on her drive home, and Nanaw told Mama what a good boy Chase had been that day.
