Chase had a lunch adventure today with a group of Mama’s friends – the so-called "posse." They went to lunch at a wine garden in Town and Country. Mama said Chase seemed to have a really good time with her friends. For lunch, he had a cheeseburger and seasoned French fries. He also had lemonade in a wine glass, apple juice and a chocolate-covered strawberry – quite the feast. Mama said Chase was really well-behaved until the end of the lunch – then he put up a fuss because he didn’t want to leave. Mama hoped he’d nap on the way home but he only slept for 10 minutes and didn’t fall asleep at home – he just did a lot of chatting and singing in bed. In the afternoon, Nanaw came to visit. Mama, Chase and Nanaw spent time playing in the living room. Chase seemed to be having a great time with his octopus balloon that he got at last week’s family fun festival at Wells Fargo. He broke four of the legs and got a big kick out of the balloons popping.
