On Thursday morning, Chase went to his last story time at the Columbia library. It was Miss Candy’s last time being the story reader because she’s retiring or "untiring" as Chase says. Miss Candy read a new version of the Three Little Pigs, where the big bad wolf was only somewhat bad. The craft was a muddy pig, using brown paint. Chase always enjoys the painting part of the craft. Chase and Nanaw will miss going to Story Time. In the afternoon Chase and Nanaw went to Dobbs about Nanaw’s car air conditioning. Chase was once again unbelievably good. He entertained himself with his Leap Pad and his pretend Rubix cube. Nanaw told Mama how good he was and recommended him for a point. In the evening Chase had a T-ball game. They played team number 1 again, the one with so many of Chase's classmates: Sienna, Poppy, Brook, Jackson, Evan and Henry.
