Chase and Nanaw had a great Laptime adventure today at the Mid-County Library in Clayton. There were more than 20 little boys and girls there, and Chase seemed delighted to have so many little people to look at. Two Daddies were there, along with three grandmas and lots of Mamas. The Clayton branch has Laptime every Friday morning, and Chase and Nanaw plan to go each week. One funny thing that Chase did for the first time was to try to take a toy away from another little boy. But the boy’s Mama managed to avert disaster by finding toys for both of them. In the afternoon, when Mama was done working, she and Chase and Nanaw went for a shopping adventure to Target and Party City. Mama bought Chase got a blue outfit with puppies on it, and Nanaw bought him a rubber ball and bubbles.
