Nanaw brought the huge Jingle over to show it to Mama, then Jingle spent the day at Nanaw’s with Chase, before going home to his permanent home. Chase went to Clayton Laptime and seemed to have a great time, as usual. He investigated the music speakers and danced a little, played with the balls and the rattle toys and watched the other children closely. When it was time to go, he didn’t want to go and fussed when Nanaw tried to put him into the stroller. So Nanaw carried him out to the elevator and that seemed to distract him enough to get him strapped in the stroller. Chase had lots of good food – scrambled eggs, cheese cubes, steak, mashed potatoes, peas and fettuccine alfredo. In the evening while Daddy was grilling steaks, he went out in the back yard and ran around with his rake.
