Chase did a marathon of studying for tests Wednesday afternoon and evening; he has four tests tomorrow because of being out of school for Rockbridge on Friday -- spelling, reading, religion and social studies. When he got to Nanaw's house, he did his 15 minutes of AR reading in one of the Wimpy books. Then he watched Curious George and had a snack. Then he and Nanaw studied his social studies and answered all the practice questions. They also both did the social studies crossword puzzle. They had trouble with one of the answers but finally figured it out. They practiced the spelling words again, and Chase did a good job with them. They tried to figure out how to study for the reading test but Nanaw couldn't find any questions in the book. When Nanaw took Chase home, she told Mama she would look online for some reading questions and send them to Mama. Mama found questions and so did Nanaw so Chase should be in good shape. He studied spelling, reading and vocabulary words with Mama. He studied religion and social studies with Daddy. Let's hope that he does okay on his four tests.
