When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, he said he didn't have any homework, just studying for his religion and math tests tomorrow. He did 15 minutes of AR reading, then watched Curious George. Nanaw gave him eight math problems to do but he only did five of them. He and Nanaw studied the review page for his religion test. Nanaw took Chase home early, at 5 p.m. so he could eat dinner and get ready for the band concert. Nanaw went home to eat dinner and went back to Chase's house at 6 p.m. Chase had on khakis, a white shirt and dress shoes / church shoes. When they got to church / school, Nanaw followed Chase into the band room so he could pick up his clarinet and music book. The gym was very crowded for the concert. Fortunately, where Mama, Daddy and Nanaw were sitting, they could see Chase. The beginning band did a really good job, and Mama, Daddy and Nanaw were very proud. The beginning band played Cardiff by the Sea, Hot Cross Buns and Claire de Lune. The other bands were also very good. Nanaw was impressed at how good they were.
