Chase brought his Secret Life of Pets figurines to Nanaw's house on Monday. He was happy that he was going to school and kept asking if school was open yet. When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, he wanted her to put his backpack on him so he could carry it. He must have seen the other children wearing their backpacks and wanted to do the same thing. On the way home, Chase and Nanaw stopped at the little park by the library. Then two very exciting things happened -- Brady and his grandma and baby sister Emma came to the park and so did Audrey and her little sister Vivian and her baby brother Teddy. Chase was so excited to see his friends. They all played together beautifully, and Chase and Nanaw stayed for an hour. More children came to play, and Chase enjoyed that also -- he thinks the more the merrier. After the park, Chase and Nanaw went to the post office where Chase mailed Nanaw's three bills. Then they went to the Dollar Tree on Telegraph Road. Chase didn't want to go to that one -- he wanted to go to the little one by Schnucks. He cried on the way there but was happy when he got there. Nanaw bought him a bowling game, two golf clubs and a Matchbox motorcycle.
