On Wednesday morning, Chase again ate his breakfast cereal wit no milk. Yesterday it was Cocoa Krispies; today it was the Minecraft cereal with marshmallows. Today was early dismissal at 2 p.m., and Chase and Nanaw went to the Magic House after school. Nanaw brought along snacks for them; Chase's chocolate milk, Goldfish, Cheez-Its, apple and radishes for Nanaw. Chase decided to wear his glasses into the Magic House. The first place they stopped was the science lab, which is one of Chase's favorite things at the Magic House. Next, they went to the art studio, and Chase played with several displays, including the new digital drawing screen. It's really cool -- you have a brush and can pick different colors of paint and paint whatever you want on a digital screen. Next, they went to the craft area and made two bracelets with sparkly pipe cleaners and beads. Chase made friends with two little boys and followed them around and played with them for awhile. Then they went upstairs to the Legos, the market, the pizza place, the library and the electric area. Chase said he had fun, and Nanaw did too. On the drive, they studied Chase's spelling words for the test tomorrow.
