Today's clothes plan for Mission Week at Chase's school was to dress like a friend. Chase and Brady both wore Molina jerseys. Once again, Chase forgot his science fair journal and had to go back in to get it. But he remembered that he forgot it so that's good. He forgot he has a math test on Friday, and he invited Will over to play. Nanaw said they could play for half an hour and then Chase had to study for his math test. So that's what they did. Nanaw had created some fraction problems for Chase to work on and had also made a copy of his study guide problems so he could work on them. She made copies for Chase to do again in the evening with Mama. Both times, he got the problems right. Nanaw had wanted Chase to go with her to go to the Grant's View library to see Katherine Applegate, the author of the One and Only Ivan. But Chase had baseball and couldn't go. Stella, a girl from Chase's class was there with her Mama and grandma. Nanaw knows Stella's grandma from the pick-up area -- she picks up Stella when Nanaw picks up Chase. Nanaw had to make two trips to Chase's house when she left the library: once to take his science fair journal there and once to take his math book there.
