For the first time, Chase was a little hesitant about going into his school room -- he sort of hid behind Nanaw, and she had to walk him in the room. He was the same way when he came out of school -- holding back and not doing his new running to Nanaw and hugging her thing. When Chase and Nanaw got home, Nanaw had a surprise for Chase -- they were going to bake butter cookies. Nanaw got out her cookie press and found a doggie disk to make doggie cookies for Mama. Chase stood on the step stool and "helped" Nanaw. He especially liked eating the cookie dough, and then the cookies. Nanaw kept a few cookies for Chase but put most of them on a plate to take to Mama. At the end of the baking project, Chase fell off the step stool and hurt his ear. It was all red, and Chase said it hurt. Next, Chase and Nanaw went downstairs and played school in Chase's school room. Nanaw wanted to go to Chase's house to get his children's Tylenol for his ear but he wanted to go to bed instead.
