Daddy had the day off so he took Chase to school, and Nanaw picked him up. Once again, Chase ran to Nanaw with a big smile and gave her a hug. On the way home, Chase and Nanaw stopped at Chase's house to pick up milk and Chase's bag. Daddy was there, and Chase was happy to see him. Next, Chase and Nanaw went to the little playground next to the Columbia library. Chase played with two little boys there whose names were Zane and Jack. Chase had a grand time with them. When he saw the first little boy, he gave him a hug and said either I like you or I love you -- Nanaw couldn't tell. Next, Chase and Nanaw went to the Telegraph Road library and checked out some Thomas and Star Wars books for Chase. At home, he watched the James video, then played with the "specials" in the coffee table drawer. Chase took a long nap in the afternoon and didn't want to get up -- Daddy said he didn't want to get up in the morning either -- he must have worn himself out on the Rockbridge weekend. Mama got home late from work and brought Becky G. with her. Mama says Chase was absolutely adorable with Becky, showing her everything -- the man cave, his new fish, his room, his light sabers, etc. He also told her about school and the cupcakes for Andrew's birthday. Becky will have to come over more so that Mama, Daddy and Nanaw can find out what Chase does at school.
