Chase did some schoolwork on Friday even though it was Good Friday. He did morning work, flashcards, Roblox reading and 10 workbooks. At 11, Chase and Nanaw and the bag of stuffed animals went downstairs. Chase played in the playpen and then with his toys -- the Thomas table, the crafts area, and the Hot Wheels racing toys. Mama texted and said Daddy was coming over to take Chase fishing at Nanaw's lake. Nanaw texted back that Chase hadn't had lunch yet and that she would feed him quickly. For lunch, Chase had fettuccini al Fredo, mixed vegetables, applesauce and chocolate milk. After lunch, Chase and Daddy went fishing. Nanaw brought a chair over to where they were and watched for awhile. When she went home, she discovered that she'd lost the pair of glasses she had in her phone pouch. She looked around the house but didn't find them. Then she decided to walk over to where she'd been sitting by the lake when Chase and Daddy had been fishing. And lo and behold, she found the glasses. Yay! In the evening, Mama sent Nanaw two pictures: one of Mama and Chase wearing eyeballs and one where they're wearing the fish and doggie masks Nanaw made for them.
