Monday was a day of adventure. Uncle Mike's kids bought Cardinals baseball game tickets as a Christmas present for Uncle Mike, Aunt Becky, Daddy, Mama, Chase and Nanaw for Monday night's game against the Atlanta Braves. The tickets were in the Coca-Cola Plaza, which means dinner and drinks were provided. Mama and Daddy parked near the stadium (it cost $30) so that Nanaw didn't have to walk so far. Nanaw was very grateful to them for that. The buffet dinner had the following: hot dogs, Italian roasted chicken, beef, nachos, salad, chocolate chip cookies, and brownies. To drink, you could have soda, lemonade, water and beer. The food was delicious. The seats were good, and the baseball game was fun. Unfortunately, Chase ate too much and threw up on the way to the restroom. So Mama and Daddy decided it was time to go home in the fourth or fifth inning. Unfortunately, the Cardinals lost the game, but everybody (except for Chase at the end) had a good time. Nanaw was so impressed by the downtown area around the ballpark. The lights were beautiful, and everything was very festive.
