Chase and Nanaw went downstairs on Tuesday because it was the day for the cleaning lady. Nanaw took all their school things with them so they could have school down there. Chase also took a tablet and Nanaw's old phone, which they call the car phone because that's where Chase plays with it the most. They spent about five hours downstairs, waiting for the cleaning lady to come. But the cleaning lady never came. Nanaw texted the office to find out what happened, and it turned out that there was a car accident and that's why the cleaning lady didn't come. Mama texted Chase to see if he wanted to go to a Cardinals game on Sunday. Daddy is playing golf, and Mama wanted to have a mother-son adventure with Chase. Chase said yes he wanted to go so Mama bought tickets. School went well; Chase says he thinks he's doing a little better with decimals but Nanaw plans for him to study them all summer. He did a geography section today, using the big world map on the wall of the schoolroom downstairs. Chase has an eight o'clock baseball game tonight, and Mama took a picture of Chase in his uniform for Nanaw.
