Chase didn't have school on Tuesday because of the cold weather. All the schools in Columbia were closed, along with many of them in St. Louis. So Chase and Nanaw had a wonderful play day, trying to stay warm inside. They went to Nanaw's church to pick up the CD for the website, and Chase said he would stay in the car because it was too cold outside. Chase watched Monsters University and WALL-E and ate popcorn. Then he played abcmouse. At the end of the day, Nanaw suggested that they watch a movie on Netflix in her room. So they watched The Boss Baby (even though Chase said he didn't want to watch). From the moment the movie started, Chase was entranced. He sat on the floor for awhile and then came up on the bed with Nanaw. Towards the end of the movie, Nanaw looked over at Chase and he was crying and clutching Tee Tee. He was crying because the baby was going back and wouldn't be with the little boy anymore. He denied that he was crying and said that it was Tee Tee who was crying. Nanaw kept telling him it would be all right and that the baby would come back, and he did. It was very sweet to see Chase caring about the baby and the little boy, and that he has a soft, loving heart. Nanaw forgot to send home the parakeet cage and birds and Chase's Superman hat so she texted Mama a picture saying they were going to have a sleepover.
