Mama told Nanaw that she, Daddy, and Chase went to Festifall today at the little library park. Brady, Emma and their mom were there too. Chase and Brady played bounce house basketball for a long time and had lots of fun. The M family had to leave early because the were going to Grandma Joyce's for Sunday dinner. When Nanaw got to Chase's house, Mama gave her a big bag of kettle corn they got for her at Bass Pro yesterday. Chase was outside playing in the leaves and pretending he was making salad. Nanaw talked to him awhile, then they both went in for dinner. Dinner was delicious pork steaks and corn on the cob. After dinner, Chase and Nanaw went outside again. Nanaw watched while Chase played football. Then he practiced casting his fishing rod from the deck. Mama was making dessert: crescent rolls with chocolate chips inside, along with cinnamon and sugar. Mama, Daddy and Nanaw really liked the dessert; Chase, not so much.
