Mama told Nanaw that Chase managed to get all his homework done last night, and that made Nanaw very happy. Nanaw was worried that he wouldn’t be able to get it all done but he did! Chase got to wear his Yadi shirt today because of the wild card playoff game tonight. He could have also worn his Cardinals hat but Mama and Nanaw forgot about that. When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, he said he got all his homework done I class. He also told her that Will was coming over. At Nanaw's house, Nanaw had Chase drink his milk right away; this is Nanaw's new plan to fill him up with his milk so that he doesn't eat too many snacks and not be able to eat his dinner. It took a while for Will to get there, and Chase and Nanaw were afraid he wasn't coming. But he eventually got there. He said they got a new mattress, and he had to help his dad lay it out. Chase and Will played soccer for a long time. Then they got out the badminton rackets and played ball with those. Nanaw gave them Tang and Cheez-Its and Goldfish. When Nanaw took Chase home, he played the Jaws theme on his clarinet for Mama, Daddy and Nanaw. He did a really good job. Tomorrow is the Arch field trip. Chase's chaperone is Coach Tim. Hunter and Michael are in his group.
