Chase had a major adventure today -- his field trip to the Arch. He was so excited about it. Coach Tim sent Mama a picture of Chase at Mass and a picture of Chase and Hunter on the school bus heading downtown to the Arch. Chase said he was sort of scared going up in the Arch tram and really scared up at the top. He said they went to the museum and also got to watch "Monument To The Dream" the movie about the building of the Arch. They had sub sandwiches, Doritos and applesauce for lunch. He said he had a wonderful time. The first graders also had their field trip to the Zoo. Brady's mom and Evie's went along on the field trip with their first graders. After school, Will came to play and then his brother Ben came to play. Unfortunately, Chase fell on the driveway trying to catch a football; he scraped his arm and it hurt so badly he couldn’t throw the football. He asked Will and Ben to go home because he couldn’t play anymore. Nanaw asked him not to send his friends home without talking to her first.
