On Sunday morning, Chase went tubing for Cole's birthday party at Hidden Valley, along with Brady, Hunter and Connor. Cole's mom said Chase got a little dizzy and had an upset stomach from the spinning. It happened when he went down alone. So Brady and Hunter went with him the next time, and there was no spinning, and Chase was okay. Cole's mom invited the boys' parents and grandparents to come to Cole's house after the tubing for pizza and cake. It was a marble cake decorated like Hot Wheels. The boys played hockey downstairs and made lots of noise and ran around everywhere, just like boys do. Chase got a gift bag, and inside was the cutest pack of tiny Uno cards. Mama, Nanaw and Chase were excited at how cute they are. There was also a car, a Hot Wheels car and candy. In the evening, Nanaw went to see Chase's hockey practice for the first time. Mama picked Nanaw up, and Nanaw brought along a heavy blanket because Mama said the ice rink is really cold. Chase has become a really good ice skater -- Nanaw is very impressed. Daddy said he's going to sign Chase up for a hockey team. The games will begin in March. This is very exciting because Chase loves hockey so much.
