Nanaw went to visit Chase on Saturday morning. They went downstairs to play and played for a long while. They brought with them Chase’s five stuffed horses, the turtle, Tee Tee, Duke the shark, and the trout from Rockbridge. They had horse races, in preparation for the Preakness. Then Chase played with the plastic Easter eggs for a long time. In the afternoon, Chase, Mama and Daddy went to cousin Austin’s graduation party at Grandma Pat’s and Aunt Patty’s house in Wentzville. Aunt Becca took lots of photos for Face book, several of them were of Chase. Mama said Chase held a bat and hit baseball – yay, Chase. But then he got mad because he had to share – he wanted to bat all the time and not let anyone else bat. So Nanaw isn’t sure he’ll be a major leaguer.
