Mama had the day off from work on Friday so she took Chase to school on Friday morning. Nanaw missed him. In the morning, Nanaw did errands: She went to Walmart and ordered pictures of Chase to send with her Christmas cards. The one she chose to send is the first picture below. She also got cards at Dollar Tree and Christmas money at the bank. Mama was at home wrapping presents so there was no shopping adventure for Mama and Nanaw. In the afternoon, Mama sent Nanaw an email that said Chase would be having school at home on Monday, December 21 and Tuesday, December 22, rather than going to school. It won't be Zoom; it will be the teachers handing our assignments. Teachers will be available by email from 8 to 3. After school, Chase and Nanaw went to Cliff Cave to pick up Christmas books for Mama. Nanaw was very happy that Cliff Cave is open again. They were closed for book dropoff and curbside pickup for about a week. When Chase and Nanaw got home, they played with kinetic sand for awhile. Then Chase wanted to play with water and food coloring; he pretended that he was doing tasks for Among Us in reality. It was raining when Nanaw took Chase home -- yucky.
