Chase had hockey practice on Saturday morning while Mama went to the grocery store. After practice, Daddy dropped Chase off at Nanaw's house at about 11:15. Mama said she wanted Chase home by 1 so she could give him lunch before his afternoon adventure. He and Mama were going to family skating at the Affton rink. Daddy had some work he wanted to do at home so this time he wasn't going along. Mama was going but she wasn't going to skate. At Nanaw's house, Chase played on the computer in the computer lab and had some snacks. He played knee hockey in the hall for a while. Then he and Nanaw watched the end of The Mighty Ducks. Chase had already watched the end of The Mighty Ducks on YouTube so he knew how it turned out. But he watched the skating scenes again. He told Nanaw that he had also watched the end of The Mighty Ducks 2 on YouTube, and it had a happy ending also. He said he thinks most movies have happy endings. Chase wants to have a movie night during his Spring Break to watch The Mighty Ducks 2 at his house, and Mama thinks they might be able to do it on Saturday, March 11.
