When Nanaw picked Chase up from school on Thursday, she asked him if he’d brought home the study materials for his two tests on Friday. He said he did. At Nanaw’s house, first they studied the sign of the Beaver vocabulary words. They went over them a couple of times. Next, Chase worked on his notes for Wonder, his English homework. When he was done with the Wonder notes, he and Nanaw began studying for his Wonder test. He had 21 pages of questions and answers about the book. Unfortunately, some of his answers to the questions weren’t corrected. He and Nanaw corrected as many of th as they could. And they developed a plan so that this won’t happen on the next books. They decided that when Chase has notes to do on the books, he’ll bring tone book home from school so they can look up the answers. Nanaw will also get the book from the library. And maybe Mama will buy the book from Amazon. Chase stayed at Nanaw’s house until 8 to study because Mama and Daddy were at Charles’s visitation. At 6, they went to Sonic to get Chase’s dinner. He got a pretzel twist with cheese sauce and a Sonic Blast with M&Ms. Mama came at 8 to pick Chase up. Nanaw told Mama that studying had been difficult because there was so much material to go through. But Chase and Nanaw had a plan for next time.
