After an early morning walk and breakfast, Chase and Nanaw went to Clayton Laptime. Miss Laura was substituting for Miss Jeannie, and Chase seemed to be delighted to see her, especially after story and song time when she blew bubbles for him. Nanaw tried to take a picture of Chase wearing his Elmo backpack and it was so heavy it knocked him over backwards, to the amusement of some of the adults. Chase was his usual social self, going around saying "Hi." He also stole toys from two other children but always said "Thank you!" In the evening, Mama, Daddy. Chase and Nanaw went to Uncle Mike’s house and then to the Ferguson Brewhouse for dinner. Chase wore his new Sam Bradford Rams football jersey and looked so cute. He drank lemonade and ate lots of French fries, grabbing them from his plate and Nanaw’s. After dinner, they went back to Uncle Mike’s house, and Chase had a grand time running around the back yard.
