Mama dropped Chase off at Nanaw’s on her way to work this morning. After breakfast, Nanaw and Chase went for a walk, and again Chase got to say hello to his favorite bush. Then they were to Telegraph Road Laptime, and Chase seemed to really enjoy the other boys and girls. He would walk up to them and babble something and everyone (except Nanaw) seemed to understand what he was saying. After Laptime, Chase and Nanaw went to Target to buy the new Luke Bryan CD for Mama, a bat and baseball for Chase and a 100 years old birthday card for Nanaw’s high school English teacher. Chase fell asleep for a few minutes in the car and then wouldn’t take a nap in the afternoon. Mama picked Chase up on her way home from work – they were going out to the funeral home in St. Charles for Uncle James’s visitation.
