Exciting adventure today for Chase and Nanaw: Chase is spending the night out at Aspenhof. Daddy is going on a float trip with his family, and Mama is having a girls’ night out with Auntie Alice. Nanaw picked Chase up at 10, and Mama was still packing his suitcase. She was running a little late because of a maggot emergency in the trash can == much drama and trauma for Mama. Chase sat down in his open suitcase, and Nanaw took a picture. After lunch at the A-frame, Chase and Nanaw took a walk down the road. All went well until they reached the end of the road, and Chase did not want to turn around to go back. He started crying and didn’t stop until they got back to the A-frame – Nanaw had to carry him there. In the evening, Chase and Nanaw watched "Despicable Me" again, and Chase said "minion" whenever the minions were on the screen. At about 9:15, Chase went over to the Pack N Play and tried to climb in so Nanaw put him in and a few minutes later he was sound asleep – what a good little boy he is.
