The first two photos are ones that Aunt Becca took last night of Chase outside at the WE Bar. On Sunday morning, Mama dropped chase off at Nanaw’s house on her way to the grocery store. Chase and Nanaw went to Nanaw’s church and Chase seemed to have a marvelous time in the cry room. When he first got there, he walked around examining all the toys. Then he started playing with them, one at a time – it was very cute. He seemed fascinated with the speaker in the ceiling where he could hear the hymns and the sermon. Toward the end of the service, Chase got a little fussy, and Nanaw let him play with her iPad and iPhone, two of his favorite things. At one point, he managed to play Adestes Fideles on the iPhone – go figure! He fell asleep on the way home and never took a long nap in the afternoon. Chase and Mama went outside to play in the back yard and took Sam for a walk, then Daddy got home from golf. Nanaw came over for a delicious pot roast dinner and took a picture of Chase after he wedged one of his little plastic spoons under his chin -- what a hoot he is!
