Nanaw went to visit Chase first thing in the morning, before going out to the A-frame. Chase was eating waffles, syrup and fruit for breakfast and seemed to enjoy it all. Nanaw asked Chase to say "muffin" because he says it so cutely – he sticks out his tongue and curls his upper lip and says it with a lisp. After Nanaw left, Chase and Daddy went out in the back yard to run around. Then Mama and Daddy’s new washer and dryer were delivered, making Mama very happy. After Chase’s nap, Mama, Daddy and Chase went to Jackson’s third birthday party in Fairview Heights. Nanaw bought a present for Chase at Goodwill: a wagon full of mega blocks.
