When Mama brought Chase over to Nanaw’s house in the morning, Mama told Nanaw and Chase that she’d ordered a Thomas board book and a Thomas pillow from Amazon. Nanaw said she and Chase were going to the library today and would look for Thomas DVDs to check out. At the library, Chase played with the computer, especially playing with Dora the Explorer; Nanaw checked out four Thomas the Train DVDs. After the library, Chase and Nanaw went to Walmart, where Chase rode on the school bus. Nanaw put two quarters in but nothing happened. Then Chase reached over and pressed the yellow Start button to make it go. What a smart little boy he is. Then they went home and Chase took a long nap. In the afternoon, he watched the Thomas Christmas DVD on Nanaw’s little DVD player. The player hadn’t been working but Nanaw messed with it and got it to work again. Chase is very much into trains at the moment, most especially Thomas and his friends.
