Nanaw went to Chase's house on Sunday evening for dinner and an Oscar watching party with Chase, Mama and Daddy. Dinner was a delicious ham Mama made, her first baked ham, and a scrumptious sweet potato casserole with pecans -- best dinner ever. Before the Oscars started, Mama gave Chase a bath -- he does love his baths. Naturally, he didn't want to get out of the tub but eventually he did. Everyone went downstairs to watch the Oscars. Chase did his ball hitting thing, and Mama, Daddy and Nanaw all participated at one time or another. Chase and Mama went upstairs to put the special popcorn they'd made earlier in the day into the popcorn boxes. The popcorn was baked with dry vanilla pudding and was very tasty. All in all, it was a wonderful evening.
