For Father's Day, Chase helped Mama make biscuit donuts with powdered sugar glaze for Daddy's special Father's Day breakfast. Mama says she thinks that's now her favorite breakfast. Then Chase helped Mama make apple caramel upside down dump cake for dessert at Nanaw's Father's Day dinner. Unfortunately, Chase had a bad incident at Nanaw'. He and Daddy were out on the front porch, and Chase got stung on his forehead by a wasp. The little fellow was really in pain and cried for a long time. His right eye was starting to swell a bit, but he seemed to feel a little better by dinner time. He and Daddy played on the lower deck in the sandbox and also with the trains downstairs and in Chase's room, watching Spongebob. Chase didn't eat much dinner because he at a lot of red licorice and M&M's before dinner. Mama says she thinks M&M's are Chase's new favorite. For dessert, he ate chocolate chip ice cream with cool Whip on it. It was a very pleasant family dinner -- only Jon Jon was missing -- he was spending the day with his dad.
