Chase's Thursday adventure was a visit to the Train House. The 10:30 a.m. session of the Creation Station was sold out, so Chase and Nanaw had to wait until the 11:45 a.m. session. Chase had his popcorn and gobbled it down unbelievably fast. He played at the train table in the cafe and at the table with cards on it. There was a little three-year-old boy named Oliver there the whole time, and Chase had a great time playing with him -- and Olive seemed to enjoy playing with Chase. It was cute to watch because Chase was showing Oliver how to do things with the train table, as if Chase knew Oliver didn't know how to do the things he was showing him. When they went to the Creation Station, Chase played with Oliver again. Chase sang songs with Miss Linda, made a rocket ship at the crafts table, built a train track with Nanaw, played in the kitchen with Nanaw and played on the newly refurbished school bus. Chase and Nanaw also visited the caboose, even though it was unbearably hot outside. All in all, it was a perfect day at the Train House.
