Thursday's adventure was a trip to the Train House for Chase and Nanaw. They tried to get there a little early so Chase could see the Christmas train displays being built before it was time for the Creation Station. To their surprise, most of the work was done, even though the displays don't officially open until the day after Thanksgiving. Chase had a great time locating all his favorite things from last year's display, especially Batman. He also found Superman, which made him happy. He enjoyed checking out the Christmas things added to the circus train -- snowmen, Santas and lots of Christmas trees. Miss Linda was glad to see Chase and Nanaw. Chase brought along his little black stuffed puppy Rascal and played with him in the Creation Station. Chase had his regular popcorn, and he and Nanaw visited the caboose. Nanaw got to keep Chase until 8:30. For dinner, they went to what Chase calls "the tunnel McDonald's" -- the one with the play area by Walmart. Chase was happy to get another troll. He also got to play with a little boy and then a little girl -- he loves when other children come to the play area, and he can play with them. It was a wonderful day for Nanaw.
