When Chase came to Nanaw's house before school on Friday morning, he brought along his hockey sticker book. He sat the kitchen counter and showed the hockey teams to Nanaw -- it was very cute. At school, Chase and Nanaw walked into school with Brady and his mom. Thursday was Brady's 5th birthday and he brought in Sesame Street cupcakes -- unfortunately, Chase doesn't go to school on Thursdays so he didn't get to celebrate Brady's birthday. But Chase is going to Brady's birthday party on Saturday at Chuckie Cheese's. Mama went to Toys R Us to get a Monster Truck set and a water gun for Brady's presents -- he's going to really like them. When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, they went first to the bank, where Chase got his usual green sucker. As soon as Nanaw and Chase walked in the bank, the nice teller pushed Chase's sucker out on the counter -- it was very funny. After the bank, Chase and Nanaw went to Dollar Tree, where they bought two more hockey sticker books, a big container for Chase's alphabet letters, five hockey sticker packets, and two Transformer figures. The best purchase was a black cowboy hat he picked out for himself and insisted on taking home. On the way home from Nanaw's house, Chase fell asleep -- the little fellow must have had a really busy day.
