Chase was a little congested on Monday morning, and Mama and Nanaw weren't sure he would make it through the school day but he did. It had snowed overnight, much to Chase's delight, and he took his snow boots to school so he could play outside at recess. When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, she was the first parent or grandparent there -- a first for Nanaw. Chase brought home his class photo, and Nanaw had fun testing him on recognizing and naming his classmates. After school, Chase and Nanaw played on abcmouse, with Tee Tee and Yoshi, Chase's Super Mario toy. When Nanaw took Chase home, he asked her if she would stay awhile and watch while he and Daddy played Mario. So Nanaw stayed for awhile and went downstairs with Mama to watch Chase and Daddy play Mario. It was very cute -- Chase gets so excited about playing the game. He kept saying a word Nanaw couldn't recognize; it sounded like 'rebel' to Nanaw but it turned out to be 'level' -- he was talking about the different levels of the game. Funny!
