Chase and Nanaw had two major adventures on Tuesday: They went to both the Train House and the Magic House. The plan was to do both places on Tuesday so that they could go out to the little house on Thursday and see Uncle Mike. But Uncle Mike changed his plans and won't be out there Thursday. So now Nanaw has to think of an adventure on Thursday when the cleaning lady comes. Before they left for their Tuesday adventures, Chase and Nanaw went downstairs to play. Chase found the United States book, and said, "I have a new book!" He loves books. He and Nanaw looked at the different states, and that was fun for them. On the drive to the Train House, Chase started asking about the states, wanting to know what state Toys R Us is in. Nanaw told him Missouri, and then told him about Illinois and Missouri being next to each other and that the Mississippi River is the dividing line. He seemed to like hearing all of that. Miss Linda was happy to see Chase and Nanaw, as always. She gave Nanaw a delightful poem about fathers for her to read. Chase played with his usual favorite things and took Nanaw with him wherever he went. He got his regular popcorn and was happy about that. At the Magic House, he went to a lot of his favorite places. At first, he didn't want to go to the Daniel tiger room but eventually changed his mind. Once again, the Magic House was crowded because of spring break. In the afternoon, Chase played with abcmouse and sang along with a song about the continents and oceans. He spotted the Arch when they did a sweep across the United States -- it was very impressive.
