Nanaw went to visit Chase on Sunday evening, after her trip to Wentzville to have lunch with her friends Joyce and Betty. Mama told Nanaw they didn't go to see the Batman Lego movie that afternoon because Chase didn't want to go. So now maybe Nanaw will be available to go with them -- that would be good. Before dinner, Chase and Nanaw played kick with Chase's balls downstairs, except that they used their pretend hockey sticks to hit all the balls around the room instead of kicking them. Nanaw and Chase came upstairs when dinner was ready. Mama had made delicious homemade chicken noodle soup. Nanaw only had a little bit because of the noodles but it was really good. Even Chase ate some, although he fussed about the vegetables (celery and carrots). Mama removed all that she could find in his bowl but he still found a few. Mama told Nanaw she had to start feeding vegetables to Chase again, even though he protests. Nanaw said she would. After dinner, Chase was watching a Penguins hockey game. It's so cute to watch him watching the game. He gets very excited, and he's really an avid hockey game.
