It snowed a little on Saturday morning, and Nanaw knew how excited Chase was going to be about that. When Nanaw went to visit Chase, Mama went to the grocery store and promised Chase they would all go outside to play in the snow when she got back. Chase showed Nanaw the nutcracker that he and Mama had finished painting that morning. Chase and Nanaw made another one of the fuzzy crafts that Mama bought at Toys R Us. Mama told Nanaw that they weren't going to go out to dinner with baby Jackson and his family because Aunt Kristen said Jackson didn't do well at the restaurant Friday night. Sam, Mama, Daddy, Chase and Nanaw all went out and had a wonderful time. Chase took along his snowball maker he got from Dollar Tree. Daddy used the snowball maker to make a lot of snowballs that he put in a bucket. Chase threw snowballs at everybody and so did everybody else. It was great fun. Mama called Nanaw later in the day to invite her to go along to Steak N Shake for dinner on Saturday night. Nanaw got to sit next to Chase at the restaurant, and sometimes he cuddled up to her, which made Nanaw very happy.
