On Tuesday morning, Chase and Nanaw played outside in the front yard. Nanaw filled up Chase's wading pool, and Chase played Ninja Warrior obstacle course and then water baseball. He and Nanaw got the Big Wheels off the lower deck and brought up the hill to the front yard. Chase rode around the driveway for awhile, then decided the Big Wheels were dirty and that he should wash them. After the car wash activity, Chase went back to playing in the wading pool. Around noon, Chase and Nanaw went over to Chase's house to let Sam and Dolly out. While the dogs played in the back yard, Chase jumped on the trampoline and played with the big red beach ball he got from the County Library reading program. When they got home, Nanaw had Chase read Days of Chase from yesterday. The little fellow is now an editor. He told Nanaw she forgot to write about the Stingray, so Nanaw took a picture of Chase, uploaded it to the computer, wrote a sentence about Sam the Stingray and republished Monday's Days of Chase. At the end of the day, Chase and Nanaw had school. Chase read the books Mama sent along with him and a story in the Biscuit book. He also did one of the rhyming pages in the reading workbook.
